Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has worked in the private sector ever since. She specialises in Family Law and, in particular, in relation to children.

Rachel has considerable experience in all matters involving disputes about children, including Care Proceedings involving the local authority and disputes around a parents’ contact and where the child should live. Rachel is accredited as a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and also represents parents and other family members as well as the children via a Court appointed Children’s Guardian.

In addition, Rachel also deals with other family matters including Non-Molestation Orders and surrogacy issues.

Rachel is a confident advocate and regularly attends court to undertake a variety of hearings including emergency, interim and final contested hearings.

Rachel has a personal and empathetic approach and strives to provide clear and honest advice to ensure that her clients fully understand the legal process that they find themselves in.
