Rachel has been with Moseleys since 2003.

Having initially started out in the Conveyancing Department, Rachel has been part of the Moseleys’ Family Team since 2007 where she now provides Paralegal support to our Head of Department, Jonathan Cunningham. Rachel and Jonathan work closely together to ensure all clients are provided with a high standard of service.

Rachel has experience in working on cases relating to divorce, matrimonial finances, injunctions and both private law and public law children matters.

Rachel is particularly passionate about matters relating to children following relationship breakdown. She understands what a difficult time this can be and offers a sympathetic and friendly approach towards clients.
