Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. She joined Moseleys in 2003 as Head of Wills and Probate and became a Partner in the Firm in 2004.
In 2011 Victoria successfully completed her “STEP” (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) training. “STEP” is the worldwide professional association for practitioners dealing with family inheritance and succession planning.
Victoria specialises in preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs); probate matters (dealing with the estate of someone after their death); estate planning; trusts; Court of Protection matters (including Deputyship appointments); and advising about nursing home fees.
In addition Victoria acts for clients in the sale and purchase of residential properties.
Victoria appreciates that dealing with any of these matters can be difficult and stressful for clients and always aims to deal with matters in a sympathetic and efficient way.
