Jonathan joined Moseleys in 1977, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1979. He developed his skills in the local Magistrates Courts, where he practised both criminal law and family law.
Over recent years Jonathan has specialised in family law and is a member of the Resolution (which advocates a conciliatory approach to family law) and has trained and worked as a family mediator.
Jonathan has many years of experience in advising and assisting clients with divorce (and the financial issues that arise out of divorce); assisting parents with resolving issues and disputes arising over the arrangements for the care of children (including cases with an international element); and advising unmarried couples about property and other matters upon their separation.
Jonathan advises on all areas of family law and his considerable knowledge and experience enables him to assist all the Family Law Department with many matters including representing clients at Court hearings.
